Models are fluent. Fluency is the risk. Unspecified writing fills with internet average.

Pack

  • Audience and job (who must do what after reading)
  • Outline or heading contract
  • Sources (if any claims are factual)
  • Voice notes: words you ban, words you need
  • A sample of your writing, not a celebrity

Spec

  • Length band
  • Structure (H2s named)
  • “Do not invent quotes or studies”
  • Acceptance: every factual sentence maps to the pack or is clearly opinion

Loop

  1. Outline only
  2. You approve headings
  3. Draft section by section
  4. Critique: cut filler, restore claims, kill the TED ending
  5. You finish in an editor — especially anything public

Eval (writing-specific)

  • Banned phrases gone
  • No unsupported statistics
  • Links work
  • It sounds like the sample, not like a press release

If the piece is really research, switch patterns. If it is marketing design, that is making. Do not ask one agent to be strategist, lawyer, and poet in a single run without stops.
